Our Client Corner – July 2020
This month for our client corner, instead of giving you some programme examples, we thought we would share some of the feedback that our clients have given us, on how we have supported them on their virtual journey since lockdown.
Teagasc recently partnered with Harvest to develop our on-line Mentoring programme in a virtual environment using the power of real-time technology which included the Zoom platform, break-out rooms etc. Harvest personnel are true professionals; they delivered a quick turnaround with a detailed project plan based on our requirements, they are knowledgeable, well-organised, and, in our case, the design process functioned very effectively in the absence of the traditional meeting room environment.
We have been partnering with Harvest for the last eight years, on a variety of training programmes that are tailored for our IFA team, our volunteer members and our members. During COVID, Harvest provided us with excellent guidance to set up our virtual training offer. They educated us on what was possible, assisted us with choosing the right design approach and delivery platform and conducted various tech checks with our learners to ensure the transition was as smooth as possible. We value their expertise and how easy it is to work with them, we are also delighted that we are now well on our way to delivering professional and high impact virtual training experiences. – Irish Farmers Association
